|
Q. Can a resident of Malta, whether a company or a physical person, particpate in the ownership and/or operation of a foreign licenced gaming operations.
A. Such foreign licenced operations do not fall under the jurisdiction of the Malta Gaming Act as long as they do not hold themselves to be licenced in Malta.
There is also no Maltese law that prohibits residents of Malta from investing in overseas gaming operations, either of the brick and mortar variety or e-gaming sites. |
