Question Title Maltese Ownership

Q.   Can residents of Malta own and operate an e-gaming site licenced in Malta.

A.   There is nothing in the Gaming Act that discriminates against residents of Malta and in fact some locally licenced e-gaming operations are owned by Maltese residents.
