Question Title Can I register as an exempt person?
Under the Vat Act this classification has been restricted to those business applicants that have the following characters:
a. Services must not exceed Lm6, 000 per annum
b. Where services also include goods that are included in the price, such as mechanics, this cannot exceed Lm10, 000.
c. Total sale of products per annum do not exceed Lm10, 000
