I have received a blue form called Tax Declaration Form. Shall I send it to the Inland Revenue Department? |

There are a number of conditions to be satisfied to be eligible for filing the Tax Declaration form. It has to be submitted by the 30th April of every year following the basis year under assessment. This form is applicable to all tax payers who earn income below Lm 3,100 if single, earn income below Lm 4,300 if married and all employees, earn investment income where withholding tax is already deducted. |
