Pricing Philosophy

Being corporate challengers by our nature, at MGI Malta we do not stick to strict time billing. Our profession is frequently criticized for billing every telephone conversation in multiples of five minutes. We changed our pricing methods to reflect considerations of the type of service and the value to our customer. Above all, our team is very conscious and sensitive to clarity of fees agreed with the client. It is our policy to agree fees for assignments before commencing, with zero-tolerance to increases without prior consent of the client. The Italians say, “patti chiari, amicizia lunga” meaning, clear agreements are conducive to long term relationships. Our business is all about durable relationships, so clarity is our topmost priority.
