George Farrugia

George is the founding partner of MGI Malta and a man with extensive business experience. With a ten years' background in business and two decades of management consulting he advises both national and international clients. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a practicing certificate to act as Auditor as well as a fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants and the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. He serves as a member of the Risk Management, Ethics and Small and Medium Size Practices Advisory committees of the Institute. He is also a council member and fellow of the Malta Institute of Taxation where he has served as treasurer for the past four years. He is a dedicated yacht's man and maritime enthusiast.

Nicholas Falzon

Nicholas is partner with the firm and director of Human Resource development. He specialized in accounting and VAT related matters. He joined MGI Malta in 1992 after a successful career at Air Malta and Deloitte. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta, is a Certified Public Accountant with a practicing certificate to act as Auditor as well as a fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Nicholas is a dedicated wine maker with several prizes in local wine competitions.
